This enables you to get it stretched/framed by your own framer.

• There is a massive cost of packing, shipping and insurance from Melbourne to anywhere in Australia on large artwork.

  That's why I sell in a roll. It takes out those unnecessary costs.

  There are many amazing framers around Australia who are competitively priced - Fantastic Framing and Mobile Framing are just 2 that will deliver oversized artworks.

Ships Ready to Hang - Stretched

After purchase you artwork gets sent to my framer in your city. it will take about 2 weeks for the artwork to be stretched, It will then be delivered to you.

Very often they will deliver it themselves to prevent damage

NO returns on artworks are accepted as the Framer does not accept Returns.

• RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  Ships Rolled in a tube - Unstretched If you wish to return your artwork - you must email art@carlacassidyart.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork. You will need to wrap the artwork securely in the original packaging. We will then arrange for collection on a suitable day.

  After the artwork has been received back in the original condition. Your refund will be processed. - proof will be emailed to you however your Bank can take a few days to reflect this

• Ships Ready to Hang - Stretched  -Sorry No returns are accepted as the Framer does not accept Returns.

• SHIPPING INFO

FREE SHIPPING in Australia. The price paid checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required for delivery.

​

After purchasing, you will receive an email confirming your order details and tracking details will follow shortly after.

• SHIPPING TIMES - the delivery time window of your beautiful artwork can vary hugely . Please allow longer for delivery to remote areas and during busy/holiday seasons. 

• Your artwork will be sent within 2 business days from Melbourne - if it is shipped in a roll/unstretched you will be provided with a tracking number.

• If you have chosen to have it stretched/ready to hang it will be sent my Framer in your city and will be delivered approx. 2 weeks after purchase.

• PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery addresses are not accepted by the Courier for delivery.
